Lenten Evensong At Holy Mane Of Mary

On Sunday evening, March 7 at 7:00 p.m., the Parish Family of Holy Name of Mary Church, Montrose invites everyone in the community to join for the Lenten Evensong, a time to quiet down. Choir will sing evening prayer, which is drawn from sacred scripture. Father Nash serves as Pastor.

Local Sunday School Teachers Honored

The Pennsylvania Sunday School Association has honored four teachers at the First Presbyterian Church of Montrose for their years of faithful service.

Linda Gardner, Betty Jane Davies and Eleanore Southworth received certificates for 25 years of teaching. Kathryn Warner received a plaque for teaching 50 years.
