HELP WANTED: Susquehanna County is looking for a seasonal employee(s) for the West Nile Virus Program. The hourly rate will be $10.00, with no benefits. The employee(s) will be under the supervision of the West Nile Virus Program Coordinator. The job will entail lots of driving (a valid driver’s license will be needed), taking mosquito samples, handling chemicals (i.e. Dry Ice and Pesticides), working with the public, and putting in odd hours. Preference will be given to the person with the following qualifications: some biology background (especially in Entomology), computer literacy, map reading skills, experience working with a microscope, and dealing with taxonomy. Job applications and guidelines can be obtained in the Chief Clerk’s Office, at the Susquehanna County Courthouse, 11 Maple Street, Montrose, PA. Job applications will be due back in the Courthouse May 7, 2003, no later than 4:30 p.m. (2T-A30)

HELP WANTED: Family Program Coordinator. Supervisory position. Management, people, computer and organizational skills a must. Full time. Some travel, evenings and weekends required. Position involves working with children, adults and other agencies at local and state level. Salary $18,000+ depending on experience.
