CHARLENE M. SHERLING

Charlene M. Sherling, 59, Ideal Senior Living Center, Endicott, NY, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2002 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City, NY, after a long illness.

She was predeceased by her mother, Susan Sellitto Ficarro.

She is survived by her father, Charles Ficarro, Binghamton, NY; one daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Jeffrey Lupka, Harpursville, NY; one sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Jerry Higgenbotham, Charlotte, NC; one brother and sister-in-law, Salvatore and Peggy Ficarro, Bowie, MD; two grandchildren, Alden and Jacob Lupka; aunts, uncles, cousins.

Charlene was a teacher for the Binghamton School District for over 25 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on November 23 at St. John’s Church, Susquehanna, with Rev. John King officiating. Interment, St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna.
